Our copper wall sculptures are a relatively new addition to Sansone Studio
Gallery. The use of thinner gauge copper lends itself to many texturing techniques. Some of the textures are from hammering,
bending, crinkling, folding, scrolling and embossing. The coloration is achieved from other applications such as applying
heat, patinas, dyes and metallic paint. The colors are preserved by sealing the artwork with multiple layers of a
urethane gloss with ultraviolet inhibitors.
